Welcome to La Florentina, where our three apartments offer breathtaking views over the harbour of Èze-sur-Mer between Nice and Monaco, the Mediterranean beyond it, and the mountains all around.
All three apartments share a garden, a gated car park and the horizon. Each apartment has its own entrance and its own terrace, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with underfloor heating, TV, Hi-Fi and Wi-Fi throughout. The only difference is the interior behind the view.

Apartment One
Fifty square metres with two bedrooms. A queen size bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in the second. White walls and pale stone hold the light all afternoon. The kitchen is fully fitted, down to the dishwasher and the coffee maker.

Apartment Two
Fifty square metres on a floor of their own. The entrance is private and the walls are soundproofed, so the rooms stay quiet. The terrace looks straight out to sea. The bathroom has a bath tub. The kitchen is full, with an oven and a dishwasher. The dining table is made for long meals. The car charges below in the gated park.

Apartment Three
Fifty square metres facing the sea on one side and the hills on the other. Wood, leather and colour inside. The tiled floors stay cool under the air conditioning. The kitchenette is compact and properly equipped, enough for breakfast outside or a late supper in.

The view
The reason the building faces the way it does.
Every terrace looks at the same water. Cap Ferrat lies directly across. The sun drops behind the Estérel, and on a few clear evenings each year Corsica surfaces on the horizon at dusk, a hundred and eighty kilometres out.
Getting about
Above the town, and minutes from all of it.
Nice is fifteen minutes down the hill and Monaco twenty in the other direction, with the airport twenty minutes away and the motorway eight. The beaches of Èze, Villefranche, Beaulieu and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat are each about ten minutes by car, and the bus stops directly in front of the house.
If you arrive by car, there is a gated car park on site with a space kept for each apartment.

A day here
Most days begin on the terrace, and the coast takes it from there.
Morning light over Cap Ferrat, and the whole Riviera within half an hour of the gate. The harbour below, the corniche east to Èze and Monaco, the great villas and gardens out on the cape. Everything close, nothing hurried, and the terrace waiting whenever you want it back.

The sun clears Cap Ferrat a little after seven and the water turns silver. Breakfast outside, in no particular hurry, with the whole bay to yourselves.

Let yourself in, at any hour.
The gate knows the number you gave us when you booked. Dial the line we send you, hang up after the first ring, and it opens for thirty seconds, at whatever hour you arrive. There is no schedule to keep and no one to wait for. The apartment is open, cool and quiet when you walk in.
We are a message or a phone call away throughout your stay, for anything at all. If there is something you would like waiting, whether provisions, flowers, a table held in the old town or a car from Nice, just ask before you travel.
